REACH School Garden Initiative Application

  1. The Cabarrus Health Alliance is seeking elementary schools who have an interest in starting, expanding, or revitalizing a school garden. At no cost, participating schools will receive trainings, technical assistance and materials. This opportunity is made possible through the Cabarrus County Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) project. Please review the REACH School Gardens Initiative 1-pager for details.
