Cabarrus Health Alliance IT staff intend to administer the solution once it’s in place. We anticipate that some or all of the technologies used in a given solution will be new to our staff. We will require assistance correctly configuring the solution to perform optimally in our environment. Our administrators will require training sufficient for them to manage the technologies in question. Depending on the complexities involved, we may require assistance migrating to the new solution. For example, we may require training and/or assistance to correctly migrate virtual machine storage from our existing environment into the new one. If the proposed solution uses a new hypervisor, we may require training and/or assistance converting virtual machines from our existing hypervisor.

You are correct.  There are no signature lines in the RFP or addenda.  With your bid, please include a cover letter signed by an individual authorized to submit the bid on behalf of your company.
