Each month "Featured at Resource Café" will highlight one of our community partners and the services they provide for children and youth with special health care needs. Currently we have the Innovative Approaches project at the Cabarrus Health Alliance highlighted. This project developed the Resource Café website in order to create "Connections and Access for Families through Education," which results in increased access to needed services and resources.
