The State of the County Health Reports (SOTCH) are produced the years that a Community Needs Assessment is not submitted. The SOTCH summarizes key health indicators related to illness, death, and high-risk behaviors for that particular year. Each annual report, serves as an update to the previous years SOTCH and the most recent Community Needs Assessment. Information provided within the 2017, 2018 and 2019 SOTCH reports are specific to the priority health issues identified within the 2016 Community Needs Assessment: substance use, mental health, and childhood obesity. As mentioned above, each report also highlights mortality and morbidity data, as well as emerging issues and new initiatives.
